Doug found Summerlin's proximity to scenic Red Rock Canyon to be a major plus. The mass of towering orange, red, and tan sandstone can leave you speechless the first time you see it.
These were things that weren't evident from a Summerlin real estate listing. They were benefits you wouldn't learn about simply by parading through any of the homes for sale. Summerlin Nevada homes were also available in a surprising array of styles ranging from single family houses, to condos and townhouses, to lofts.
