Worried About a Las Vegas House Bubble? Is Now a Good Time to Be Buying Houses For Sales in Las Vegas"Trust me. For anyone living in Las Vegas, house bubble are not two words you do not want to hear," said Jeremiah Wellman a 42 year old electrician. "We had finally scrimped and saved and gotten into a house last year. And now hearing talk about a Las Vegas house bubble is pretty scary."
Housing bubbles tend to leak air slowly without a big bang. In some cases prices may not fall much if at all. That is the prices fetched by Las Vegas real estate may just stand still until demand catches up with supply. So sure. The days of annual double digit price increase may gone when it comes to your Las Vegas house. For now. But I wouldn't lose sleep over a huge decline in prices either. Besides for every real estate expert who's warning of a bubble, there's another who claims the good times will continue to roll on. Specifically in the case of any potential Las Vegas house bubble, job growth and all the fresh faces moving to the area should support prices. That and limited availability of new land to build on. If not then maybe a move to one of the smaller houses in Las Vegas might be in the cards. In any case, no Jeremiah. When it comes to local Las Vegas real estate don't let all the bubble talk get you down.
