TIP: You may not realize it, but being online is increasingly important. As more and more house hunters turn to the web to help them narrow down their search through all the houses in Las Vegas that are for sale. This way prospective buyers can check out the house whenever. And contact the listing agent when they are ready to take the nickel tour in person.
