Each time you visit stop by at a different time.
Park up the street for an evening. Bring a book and see what happens.
But that's not all to consider if you want to buy a house in Las Vegas
2) Learn about coming attractions in the area. Shopping centers. Parks. New roads. This kind of stuff may be common knowledge to the natives but might have escaped your notice. It's always better to find out before you buy rather than just after.
3) Do the social expectations of your neighbors match yours? Do you want block parties, look forward to sitting on the front porch or do you simply want a wave and a smile?
Do you want to keep to yourself of be part of a community?
To help try to find out educational backgrounds. Ages. Mostly married or single? To what extent does any of this matter to you if you looking for a Las Vegas home?
