You know to find flaws in the property that developed over the years? Usually such an inspection will include a visual look see at the home's structural and mechanical systems. Stuff like the plumbing, central air, and electrical. Plus the floors, stairs, windows and so forth. And the findings should all be documented in a detailed report detailing what was what.
"In our case, most of the problems were cosmetic," Williams reported. "Although the stairs leading to the second floor did have a problem that went beyond appearance. And the builder jumped right on it. Yet I felt they did drag their feet on the less critical items however."
“Overall I think Las Vegas new home builders are a decent lot,” Harry chimed in. “But they’ve got a lot going on and sometimes things get overlooked. Things you don’t notice or know to notice either necessarily.
